You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of digital services) or from the receipt of the goods (in the case of the purchase of a physical product - such as merchandise gadgets). You do not have to give a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (e.g. email). You can use the form available on the site, but it is not mandatory.
8.2 Effects of withdrawal
We will refund you all payments received (including the cost of the cheapest delivery offered) no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the transaction.
In the case of partially performed services, we will refund a proportionate amount. Some products (e.g. personalized) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in which case you will be informed.
